What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We have no minimum order requirement for most products. You can purchase as little as 1 unit. However, we offer quantity discounts for bulk orders, which are displayed on each product page. The more you order, the better the unit price.
Are the products genuine and high quality?

Yes, all our products are sourced directly from trusted manufacturers. We carefully select suppliers and perform quality checks to ensure you receive products that meet our standards. All product specifications and images on our website accurately represent the actual items you will receive.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes! We offer automatic quantity discounts on all products. The discount tiers are displayed on each product page. For very large orders (50+ units or custom quantities), please contact us directly via email or WhatsApp to discuss special wholesale pricing.
Can I see more photos of a product before ordering?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept two payment methods:
- PayPal: Fast, secure, and buyer-protected payments (available for most countries)
- Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfer for customers who prefer this method or for regions where PayPal is not available
Why can't I use PayPal for some products or regions?

For certain products (like the phone stand) shipping to Malaysia, PayPal is not available due to PayPal's regional restrictions. In these cases, we offer bank transfer as an alternative. For all other products and regions, PayPal is fully available.
Is my payment information secure?

Yes. PayPal payments are processed through PayPal's secure platform, which includes buyer protection. We never see or store your credit card or banking information. For bank transfers, we provide our official business account details only after order confirmation.

How long does shipping take?

- Most countries: Typically delivered within 15 business days
- African countries: May take up to 40 business days
Is shipping really free?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders to all countries we serve. There are no hidden shipping fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay (excluding any customs duties that may apply in your country).
Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, all orders are shipped via 4PX Standard Registered Mail with full tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment from China to your doorstep.
What about customs duties and import taxes?

Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential charges before ordering.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Why is the phone stand price different for Malaysia?

We offer special pricing for the phone stand to Malaysian customers ($4.26 vs $8.19 for other countries) as part of our regional promotion. This special pricing is only available for shipping addresses in Malaysia and requires bank transfer.

What are your business hours?

We're based in Shenzhen, China (GMT+8). Our team is available Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM China time. However, we monitor emails and WhatsApp messages outside these hours and will respond as soon as possible.
Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, before they are processed for shipping. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as orders are prepared for dispatch quickly. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
